By submitting my idea, I agree that:
1. My new product idea submission immediately becomes the exclusive property of AIG Product Development (AIGPD), and I am not entitled to any compensation or award for that new product idea;
2. No confidential relationship is entered into between myself and AIGPD by virtue of the fact that AIGPD is considering my submission;
3. AIGPD assumes no obligation to evaluate or pursue my submission;
4. I will sign any necessary documents to ensure proper assignment of my product idea to AIGPD;
5. I will be eligible for an award only if at the time the award is presented I am an employee of one of the AIG Companies®;
6. The Team Members of AIGPD, in their sole discretion, will decide all matters pertaining to my submission;
7. New York law will apply to this New Product Idea Submission Program;
8. I have not violated any intellectual property or privacy laws; and
9. I have not violated or breached any agreements or obligations with regard to proprietary, confidential or privileged information.
