| Ty R. Sagalow |
| Ty R. Sagalow is President of AIG Product Development, General Insurance, and leads the division in creating a worldwide center of expertise for quick-to-market product development and release.
Mr. Sagalow joined AIG in 1983, serving in several executive and legal capacities, including Chief Operating Officer of AIG eBusiness Risk Solutions and Chief Underwriting Officer/General Counsel of National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. In addition to new product development, Mr. Sagalow is an expert in cyber-insurance as well as director's and officer's liability insurance.
In addition to product development, Mr. Sagalow is considered an expert in cyber-insurance as well as directors and officers liability insurance. His many works include: @Risk: Internet and E-Commerce Insurance and Reinsurance Legal Issues and Directors & Officers Insurance Handbook.
During his career, Mr. Sagalow has appeared on CNBC, PBS, and Bloomberg Radio, and has spoken before various technology, legal, and insurance forums, including the White House, Department of Homeland Security, and Congress.
Mr. Sagalow sits on several boards, including the Financial Services Information and Sharing Center, and the Internet Security Alliance. He has chaired or co-chaired several congressional and executive branch task forces in the area of cyber-risk management.
Mr. Sagalow is a summa cum laude graduate of Long Island University, a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, and holds L.L.M. from New York University School of Law.

| Richard M. Lagani |
| Richard M. Lagani is Chief Operating Officer/Senior Vice President for AIG Product Development, General Insurance. He is responsible for directing the operations of the organization, to maximize the team's effectiveness in developing and delivering product development services worldwide. Richard is also the team's lead on various companywide initiatives, such as "Green" and Diversity products.
Richard has been associated with AIG since 1994, when he joined the organization as Complex Claims Director. His most recent role within AIG was Assistant General Counsel. Richard is a member of the bar of New York and New Jersey. |

| JoDeen Urban |
| JoDeen Urban, Senior Vice President and Innovation Practice Leader within AIG Product Development, initially joined AIU in the 1980s and rejoined AIG in 2000, after spending several years with Willis.
JoDeen brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, operational management, business production, account management, sales, and marketing to this position. JoDeen earned a Master's degree from the University of London and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. |

| Karen Morris |
| Karen Morris, Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer within AIG Product Development, joined AIG in 2004 and has developed and implemented unique methodologies to sustain and grow AIU's innovation agenda. Karen's 25 years of experience in international business encompass a broad range of roles, from legal counsel to new product development, to marketing and distribution.
Since entering the insurance industry in the early 1990s, Karen's role has increasingly focused on innovation strategy and execution. Karen holds graduate and post-graduate qualifications obtained in France, Scotland, England, and the U.S. in English, French, and Law. |

| Robert Pittinger |
| Robert H. Pittinger, Vice President, AIG Product Development, is the project manager for the AIU Desk, focused on global AIU new product initiatives.
Robert joined AIG in 2003 as Vice President, Field Operations, AIU Personal Lines Profit Center. Serving as liaison between the foreign field offices and home office, he provided leadership and support to the field managers in the development, implementation, and execution of business strategies, programs, new products, and underwriting referrals. Robert started his insurance career nearly 30 years ago and has extensive Personal Lines field and home office underwriting, product development, compliance, operations, and call center management experience. |

| Charles P. Orlowicz |
| Charles P. Orlowicz, ACAS, MAAA, is Vice President for actuarial issues with AIGPD. He also serves as Research Actuary with the AIG Corporate Actuarial Department and supports the AIU Underwriting Management Audit unit.
Charlie joined AIG in 2000, with prior actuarial experience in insurance companies including Reliance and ISO. With nearly 35 years in the industry, Charlie's background includes work in virtually all lines of Property & Casualty coverage. He is considered an expert in actuarial modeling, increased limits factor analysis, experience rating, and new products pricing. |

| Phyllis Ann Mooney |
| Phyllis Ann Mooney is Divisional Counsel/Vice President for AIG Product Development, working closely on legal matters with our colleagues in both international and domestic business units. In addition to supporting the entire team as Legal Counsel, she heads up AIGPD's relationship with American Home Assurance Company.
Phyllis joined AIG in 1992 from private practice in New Jersey. During her 15-year tenure at AIG and before joining AIGPD, she was an Environmental Claims Supervisor, Claim Account Manager with Construction Risk Management, Assistant General Counsel for DBG, and Assistant General Counsel/Assistant Vice President for American Home. Phyllis is a member of the bar of New Jersey. |

| Richard Billson |
| Richard Billson, Vice President, AIGPD, is responsible for working closely with Lexington and National Union. Prior to joining the AIG PD team, Richard worked at Microsoft's Europe, Middle East, and Africa Headquarters in Paris. During his eight years there, he developed technology expertise through experience in the areas of software licensing, consultancy, and consumer online services.
Richard is a lawyer admitted to the U.K. bar. He spent ten years in private practice in the City of London as a corporate lawyer, specializing in cross-border transactions throughout Europe. |

| Akiko Shimomura |
Akiko Shimomura, Assistant Vice President, is responsible for various relationships within AIU, primarily the Far East region and China, and also works closely with AIG WorldSource, AIG Risk Management, AIG Aviation, and AIG Private Client Group. Akiko is also the team's Chief Project Management Officer, working closely with her colleagues to ensure an efficient project flow and process continuity.
Akiko has been with AIG since 2001, joining AIG Commercial Lines as a Management Associate. She also worked at AIU WorldSource to gain U.S. underwriting experience. Akiko has more than a dozen years of experience in roles which included managing the Far East (Japan and Korea) from Corporate as well as managing the underwriting portfolio, business development, new product development, and audit. Akiko was also involved in handling referrals from Southeast Asia. |

| Ali K. Wilson |
| Ali K. Wilson is an AIGPD Assistant Vice President, Relationship Management. Ali spent more than nine years with National Union Claims, directing a team that managed more than 10,000 claims annually. Ali works closely with colleagues at the AIG Property Casualty Group, including AIG Small Business and AIG Executive Liability.
Ali brings AIGPD an extensive background in financial lines' claims as well as a thorough knowledge of how losses can offset the bottom line. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of financial lines claims, he spent several years managing Environmental Claims, and also was a member of the Claims New Product Team. Ali is also a member of the DBG Diversity Team for new product affairs. |

| Kathryn N. Schaub |
| Kathryn N. Schaub is Senior Director in AIGPD, with emphasis on distribution strategies, direct marketing, and accident and health. Kate has experience in all aspects of direct-to-consumer marketing and distribution, as well as extensive business-to-business background financial lines outside of insurance.
Kate joined AIG in 2003 in the Information-Based Marketing group, consulting on several domestic and AIU Direct Marketing projects and serving as worldwide relationship manager for Reader's Digest Association. She subsequently joined the AIU A&H Profit Center and spent three years on assignment in Paris and Singapore, as regional manager for all Direct Marketing activity. Kate has been actively involved in several product re-tooling initiatives, from conceptualization to detailed implementation of new distribution, servicing, and marketing requirements, bringing a broad perspective to her AIGPD role. |

| Robert E. Johnson |
| Robert E. Johnson is Vice President of Marketing with AIGPD, with responsibility for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans promoting the goals of AIG Product Development to both internal and external audiences.
With more than 20 years' marketing experience, Bob provides strategic support and direction regarding the rollout of new products developed by the group, and collaborates closely with his marketing colleagues throughout the enterprise to provide marketing support. Joining AIG in 2000, Bob directed marketing and communications efforts for the Domestic A&H Division, launching products and services in employee benefits and specialty lines nationwide. |

| Shana Mimoun |
| Shana Mimoun is the Business Development Manager with AIG Product Development. She is responsible for managing the division's internal and external sales efforts, soliciting new product ideas, and vetting ideas in development. Shana works closely with Business Development Managers and their teams across AIG. Externally, she manages relationships with the brokerage community, risk managers, and advisory groups, and serves as AIGPD's liaison with our Broker Advisory Board.
Shana joined AIGPD after serving as Regional Sales Associate with AXA. Prior to joining AXA, she held sales positions with KMF Partners, Birns Telecommunications, and Bear Stearns. Shana is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and has pursued financial services education at the New York Institute of Finance. |

| Jamie Fleming |
| Jamie has joined the AIGPD team from the U.K. as a Research Manager. In this role, Jamie will work closely with all members of the AIGPD team on a broad variety of research products.
Prior to being awarded a one-year internship, Jamie was a Paralegal for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, in London, where he worked in the Commercial Litigation/Competition Department on a number of high-profile, multi jurisdiction cases that dealt specifically with Professional Negligence and EU Competition Law. During that period, Jamie also spent two months with Deloitte & Touche, where he assisted with an on-going Directors liability case. Jamie graduated from the University of Keele with an LLB in Law and Politics. He subsequently studied at Chester College of Law to obtain his LPC. |

| Kirsty Anderson |
| Kirsty Anderson has joined AIGPD from the U.K. as Project Analyst. In this role, Kirsty will be assisting product relationship managers throughout various project management phases. She is working with the team on a one-year internship.
Prior to being awarded the internship, Kirsty graduated from Robert Gordons University, located in North-East Scotland, with a B.A. (Hons) degree in Business Studies. As part of her course, Kirsty completed a 12-month placement with Shell U.K. Ltd. as the Logistics Cost-Coordinator. Through this role she assisted the Logistics department with various projects and participated in a number of courses. Kirsty also took on the responsibility of Chairperson of Shell's Charity Group where she managed the organization of several fundraising events. |

| Bernadette Ifediora |
| Bernadette Ifediora has joined AIGPD on a one-year internship as Research Analyst. Berni will work closely with all members of the AIGPD on a wide range of research projects and will be assisting product relationship managers throughout various project management phases.
Prior to joining AIG, Berni graduated from the University of Essex with a Law LLB (Hons) degree. She also interned as a Legal Assistant within the Business & Legal Affairs department of Disney-ABC International Television in London, assisting the team on legal broadcast media matters. Berni also interned as a Legal Assistant at Thurrock Council Legal Services (a local government body), assisting the legal team on legal social care issues, preparing Court bundles, and family proceedings at Court. She also has experience as an IP Paralegal Administrator at Chivas Brothers Limited - Pernod Ricard on the IP Legal Team. |

| Darlene V. Drayton |
Darlene Drayton is the Office Manager for AIG Product Development, General Insurance. In her multi-faceted role, Darlene also serves as the key administrative coordinator for the team.
Darlene has been with AIG for ten years, beginning as a temporary Executive Secretary, eventually becoming full time. Today, Darlene works closely with the Relationship Management, Sales, and Marketing members of the team to assist in product development, research, and event and program coordination. |

| Gwen Maddux |
Gwen Maddux is the Executive Assistant for AIG Product Development, working closely with division president, Ty Sagalow.
Gwen’s broad responsibilities encompass coordinating with the entire AIG Product Development team to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Gwen’s ten-year career at AIG includes experience in a variety of areas, most recently with the Domestic Accident & Health Division. |
